This is a southern view from the point.  The little white strip, near the top in the middle, is Flat Rock, and where I went the first time I tried surfing.  It would be the eastern most point in Australia if it weren't under water sometimes during high tide - so that honour goes to the bit of land in Byron Bay where the lighthouse is, just north of here.
